Payments at the airport

From 1 April 2017, we will be unable to accept cash payments at many of the airports we operate from. This includes all types of payments, such as for extra bags, additional/exit row seats, changes to tickets, service charges, etc.

If you’re unable to pay with a credit or debit card, please check with a member of our staff at the airport to find out if options are available for converting cash to a payment card.

At London Heathrow, you can buy a Travelex Money Card that you can use for payments instead.

At many North American airports, you can either buy a Multi-Currency Cash Passport from Travelex, or use Cash-to-Credit card kiosks to convert cash into a prepaid debit card for a $5 charge per transaction. Any charges associated with the use of a cash conversion machine are collected by the company who owns and operates the machine.

Please note:
If you use a prepaid debit card, please do not throw it away (even if the card is empty) until your travel is complete. If we need to refund any costs, we will be returning these to your original form of payment

From 1 April 2017, we will be unable to accept cash payments at many of the airports we operate from.

2017/4/1から、(we operate from)である(many of the airports)において、(we will be unable to accept cash payments)

This includes all types of payments, such as for extra bags, additional/exit row seats, changes to tickets, service charges, etc.

include : ~を含む

such as : ~のような、

If you’re unable to pay with a credit or debit card, please check with a member of our staff at the airport to find out if options are available for converting cash to a payment card.

一方 find out は

At London Heathrow, you can buy a Travelex Money Card that you can use for payments instead.

At many North American airports, you can either buy a Multi-Currency Cash Passport from Travelex, or use Cash-to-Credit card kiosks to convert cash into a prepaid debit card for a $5 charge per transaction.

either A or B : AかBかどちらか

either

(buy a Multi-Currency Cash Passport from Travelex)

or

(use Cash-to-Credit card kiosks)

Any charges associated with the use of a cash conversion machine are collected by the company who owns and operates the machine.

Any charges are collected

Please note:
If you use a prepaid debit card, please do not throw it away (even if the card is empty) until your travel is complete.

throw A away : Aを捨てる

If we need to refund any costs, we will be returning these to your original form of payment

theseは、’any costs’を指しています。
